Minimum 2+ years recent Nurse Manager experience (L&D/LDRP required) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS Required (ACLS, Advanced AWHONN, STABLE preferred) / LICENSE – Active RN License Required / Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week, 13 weeks (includes weekends + leadership call) / Setting: Acute Care – LDRP / Family Birth Center (8 beds) / EMR: Cerner / Skills: Leadership, staff supervision, patient flow management, labor & delivery oversight, C-sections, postpartum care, coordination in low-resource/rural setting / Patient Types: Low to moderate acuity L&D, outpatient NSTs, postpartum follow-ups (no VBACs) / Call: Leadership call required / Floating: First to float / Additional: Experience in rural/limited-resource settings preferred, shared anesthesia resource after hours, no CNAs in unit / Orientation: Facility-wide orientation in Sacramento (not Grass Valley) / Dress Code: Professional attire / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
