Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience (within last 3 years) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS Required / LICENSE – Active RN License Required (DL required; must be within 60-mile radius) / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7p–7a), 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (6–9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) / Setting: Acute Care – MS/Telemetry Float Pool (Zone 4) / EMR: EPIC (Alaris experience preferred) / Patient Ratio: 1:5–6 based on acuity / Skills: Telemetry monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication administration, heparin drip management, adaptability across multiple specialties / Patient Types: Adult–Geriatric (cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, post-surgical, psych/detox, general medicine & more) / Floating: REQUIRED across Zone 4 facilities (Bob Wilson Memorial, St. Catherine Dodge City, St. Catherine Garden City; no home base) + may float to ICU (low acuity), PCU/Stepdown, MS-Tele / Scheduling: Manager-led (4–6 weeks in advance) or Just-In-Time assignment (facility assigned 1–2 hrs before shift) / Weekend: 6–9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule / Call: Rare (low census) / Support: CNAs available, charge nurse support / Orientation: Must be in-state for orientation week / Additional: Flexibility required, holiday rotation possible / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
