Description

Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS Required / LICENSE – Active RN License Required (DL required; must be within 60-mile radius) / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (6p–6a), 36 hrs/week, every other weekend (EOW), 13 weeks / Setting: Acute Care – Med Surg/Telemetry Float Pool (Zone 2) / EMR: EPIC / Skills: Telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, medication administration, cardiac rhythm interpretation, care coordination, ability to work across varying acuity levels / Floating: REQUIRED across Zone 2 facilities within 60-mile radius (no home base facility) / Patient Types: Mixed Med Surg & Telemetry patients (varied acuity) / Support: Unit-based support staff varies by facility / Scheduling: Manager-led scheduling, flexibility required to float as needed / Orientation: Must be in-state for orientation week / Additional: No unit manager interview (clinical screening only), must be adaptable to multiple facilities /
