3x12 hrs, Nights

Minimum 3+ years recent RN experience (must have ICU, ED, or Transfer Center experience; acute care required; strong critical care assessment skills) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS Required / LICENSE – Active RN License Required / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (every other weekend + holiday as needed; must be flexible to work any day of the week) / Setting: Acute Care – Transfer Center (Clinical) – No direct patient care / EMR: Cerner, TeleTracking, TigerConnect, Google Apps (multi-platform use required) / Skills: Patient transfer coordination, clinical intake & assessment review, strong clinical judgment, multitasking across multiple cases (10–15 at a time), communication with MDs/specialists, bed placement coordination, ability to follow algorithms, strong computer and typing skills / Volume: ~12 cases per shift (handling multiple simultaneously across facilities) / Call: $7/hr (if applicable) / Floating: None / Support: Supervisors and leadership team available / Scheduling: Facility scheduling (no self-scheduling; block scheduling not guaranteed; RTO very limited) / Orientation: 1 day general + 3–5 days department training (12+ hours total; may occur on any shift) / Additional: Clinical prescreen + manager interview required; must provide 2 supervisor references at submission (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years); DYS exam required prior to acceptance (pass/fail, 2 attempts within 24–48 hrs; Relias accepted if within 12 months); No employment with CommonSpirit/Dignity/CHI in past 1 year (except PRN via agency); first-time travelers accepted; typing test recommended; strong customer service and adaptability required; free onsite parking & EV charging available / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
