Minimum 2+ years recent OR RNFA experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS Required, CNOR (CCI) Required / LICENSE – Active RN License Required / Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week, 13 weeks / Setting: Acute Care – Operating Room (RNFA) / EMR: Cerner / Skills: First assist in surgical procedures, intraoperative support, tissue handling, suturing, hemostasis, patient positioning, sterile technique, collaboration with surgical team / Cases: Laparoscopic, bariatric, ortho, neuro, urology, GYN, ENT / Volume: 7 OR suites, ~18–20 cases/day / Ratios: 1:1 or 2:1 / Call: Required – weekday night call (approx. 1 per week) + 2 weekend call shifts/month (12-hr, 30-min response time) / Support: OR techs, charge nurse, 24/7 RT & pharmacy / Floating: Pre/Post-Op only / Orientation: Unit-specific provided / Additional: Scrubbing preferred (not required), holidays included, scrubs provided / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
