Description

• Active KY/Multistate license required.
• 1 years of Home health RN experience required. ***HCHB (Home Care Home Base) IS A HARD REQUIREMENT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED***
• Required certifications: BLS, from AHA
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• 8s; M-F 0800-5:00, + Occasional weekend, holiday
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Lexington, KY, 40509

TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #1100679. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
