Description
• Active OR license required.
• 2 years of HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE experience required.
• Required certifications: BLS,from AHA
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
• Shift & Contract: 9hr Days 4 x 9s
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: John Day - OR
• 2 years of HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE experience required.
