Description

X-Ray Technologist | 13-Week Travel Contract

Specialty: X-Ray / Radiology Technologist

Shift: Days, 8-Hour Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Float: First to Float; may float to Mercy Southwest (6.5 miles away)

Charting System: Cerner

PACS: RadNet & Merge Unity

Minimum Requirements

ARRT (R)

BLS (AHA)

Minimum 2 years of Radiology/X-Ray experience

Acute care/hospital experience preferred

Job Duties

Perform general diagnostic X-Ray studies

Common exams include:

Brain

MRCP

Abdomen

Pelvis

Extremities

Support imaging operations across assigned facilities as needed

Department Details

2 Imaging Rooms

Average 100 studies per day

Radiologist onsite

No IV starts required

No RRA support

Toshiba Imaging Equipment

Call & Scheduling

Rotating Call Required

30-Minute Response Time

Holiday Requirement: 1 Major and 1 Minor Holiday

Every Other Weekend coverage

Dress Code

Teal Scrubs

Department-specific orientation provided by Lead Tech (approximately 1 week)

TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #1104433. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
