Description

Minimum 2 years recent Social Work experience in a healthcare setting required CERTIFICATIONS – LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) / LICENSE – Active Oregon LCSW or Associate working toward licensure (must obtain full LCSW within 2 years) / EMR: MEDITECH / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE
