Description
Minimum 2 years recent Home Health RN experience required (plus 1 year MedSurg hospital experience)
CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), valid RN license in state of work / EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) – REQUIRED / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE
Schedule: 8 hr day shifts, Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00
