RN – PACU (Cardiac Pre/Post Op Center) | 12H Days | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs PACU exp required (ICU exp required; Level 2 considered) | BLS & ACLS required | EMR: Cerner | Ratios 1:2 | Cardiac recovery (Cath Lab, GA & conscious sedation) | No floating | No weekends/holidays | Dysrhythmia exam (2 attempts pre-offer) + Day 1 SIM Lab (pass/fail) | Blue scrubs provided | Strict compliance (no piercings, natural hair, clean shave) | 50-mile radius rule (DL required, no local rates) |
