Must-Have Requirements:-
•We would prefer candidates with both a CNA and scrub tech license.
•Minimum 2 years of recent OB Surgical Tech experience required.
•Experience with Cesarean Sections (C-sections) and maintaining the sterile field is required.
• Must be comfortable assisting with:
-Surgical instrumentation and sterile setup
-Instrument, sponge, and needle counts
-Patient preparation and draping
-OB patient support (vitals, baths, hearing screens, intake/output, room turnover)
• Completion of an accredited medical personnel program (CNA, MA, LPN, EMT I/II) is strongly preferred. Candidates with both CNA and Surgical Tech credentials are highly preferred.
•Required certifications: BLS.
•Valid driver's license and completed skill checklist required.
•Two supervisor or manager references from the past year.
•Shift & Contract: Nights | 3 × 12-hour shifts.
•Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
•13-week initial contract.
