Description

Requirements:
-Home Health & Hospice experience required
-Minimum 1 year RN experience
-BLS required
-Current Driver’s License & Auto Insurance required
-Must be comfortable providing care in patient homes, nursing homes, and other community settings
-Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred/required per unit workflow
-Must be able to travel within a 60-mile service radius around Dickinson
-Mileage is NOT paid separately; it is factored into the gross pay
-Radius rule: Candidate must reside 50+ miles from the facility
-Cannot have worked full-time, part-time, or PRN for any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI or Dignity Health, within the past year

Medlivo Job ID #1173212. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
