Description

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse
Location: Kearney, NE
Start Date: December 8, 2025
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Responsibilities

Provide critical care to adult patients in a 33-bed ICU.
Monitor, assess, and manage trauma, cardiac, and respiratory cases.
Administer and titrate cardiac, insulin, and sedation drips.
Interpret and document telemetry and cardiac rhythm strips.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Float as needed to PCU or MedSurg units based on staffing.

Qualifications

Active RN License (NE or Compact State).
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.
Experience with trauma, cardiac, and critical care patients.
Familiar with mechanical ventilation and respiratory support equipment.
Must pass open-book orientation exam with 90% or higher.
