Job Title: PCU Registered Nurse
Location: Roseburg, OR
Start Date: 11/24/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide progressive care to patients with cardiac, respiratory, renal failure, and ETOH withdrawal
• Titrate and monitor cardiac drips including Cardizem, heparin, and amiodarone
• Manage patients on CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry with support from monitor techs
• Document all patient care accurately in MediTech system
• Collaborate with charge nurse, house supervisor, and interdisciplinary team
• Float to ICU or Med/Surg units as first priority when needed
• Respond to rapid responses and clinical deteriorations within the unit

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of PCU or acute care experience required
• Experience with cardiac and respiratory patient populations
• Proficiency with cardiac drip titration and telemetry monitoring
• Ability to work in fast-paced progressive care environment
• Willingness to float to ICU or Med/Surg as needed
• Oregon Emergency License acceptable for application

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current, active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain Emergency License
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
