Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Fort Morgan, CO Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 Weeks Job Responsibilities: <ul> 	<li> Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient acute settings</li> 	<li> Treat 8-12 patients daily with orthopedic conditions including post-joint replacements, back pain, and post-fall injuries</li> 	<li> Manage neuro rehabilitation cases and some sports medicine patients</li> 	<li> Utilize warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy treatments</li> 	<li> Conduct 45-minute outpatient sessions with dedicated time for inpatient evaluations and documentation</li> 	<li> Develop and implement individualized treatment plans</li> 	<li> Collaborate with team of 3 PTAs and rehabilitation staff</li> 	<li> Document all patient care accurately in EPIC system</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> 	<li> Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience preferred</li> 	<li> Experience with orthopedic and neurological populations</li> 	<li> Ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient acute settings</li> 	<li> Willingness to be trained in facility-specific protocols</li> 	<li> Must live outside 60-mile radius (driver's license verification required)</li> 	<li> Must be available for in-person orientation week</li> </ul> Licenses &amp; Certifications: <ul> 	<li> Current Colorado Physical Therapist license</li> 	<li> BLS certification required</li> </ul>
