**Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

**Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * *

Certifications required: BLS, NRP
Ratios: 1:3 mom babe couplets, 1:1 labors for the most part depending on the case
Years of Exp required: no years in particular, just able to do labors, deliveries, and postpartum, would be amazing if had NICU experience too.
Blocked scheduling approved Y/N: we would love to have someone who is flexible.
Common Diagnoses/types of patients: Level 1 maternal care. Low risk births, have the occasional mag and GDM patients.
Common drips: insulin, mag, pitocin
IV Pumps: we use Alaris pumps
Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: we have charge nurses on each shift. They do take an assignment.
Weekend Requirements: every 3rd
Floating requirements: we are a closed unit, floating is not required.
