Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> •Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals<br /> •Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans<br /> •Document services accurately and timely<br /> •Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies<br /> •Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families<br /> •Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards<br /> Qualifications:<br /> •Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)<br /> •Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)<br /> •Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
