IT’S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias basic Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken**

-Accountable for the coordination of nursing services and supervision of staff in the absence of Administration and unit leadership. The Administrative Nursing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that established nursing care standards are being met and assisting in patient care flow. This position is also responsible for contributing to the direction of clinical services, ensuring that policies, procedures, practices and actions taken are consistent with the CHW Mission, Vision, and Values and
Dignity value-based service standards. This position assumes the responsibility of Nursing Administrator for the assigned shift and assumes responsibility for other hospital departments in the absence of their leaders.
