Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able add that back in.
Region III: Primary to St. Anthony Hospital but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Three: St. Michael Medical Center – Silverdale, WA; *** – Gig Harbor, WA.
Additional ***/hr when floated within Region III that’s not the primary facility.

Do ER RN's manage their own ER holds? As available, inpatient staff are floated to the ED to manage admitted patients. If short staffed on the floor, then ED cares for these holds.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients > 60 yrs old 30% of patients; normal ED; Trauma Level 4; Code Neuro; transfer out STEMIs
Experience or 'Must have' skills ED Staff RN skills; critical drips
ED Physicians/Mid-Levels Don’t have mid levels
Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge nurse 24/7; House supervisor 12p-8a M-F, 24hrs Sat/Sun
Nurse Aids/Paramedics/Patient sitters Sitters/CNAs/ER Techs and sometimes RNs are used for sitters
EMR EPIC
RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Does RT do ABG's, breathing tx, EGS's? RT manages CPAP/BiPAP and ABGs. ED and RT do breathing treatments; ER Techs and RNs do ECGs (don’t know what EG’s are)
Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? There is telemetry in the ED; There are NO monitor techs; RNs are expected to know cardiac rhythms
X-Ray or CT in the ER? Transport? CT/Xray next to ED, sometimes ED transports
Phlebotomy or nurse draw Nurse draw expected; however, lab is available for some draws
Shifts & Scheduling 6a-6p Days, EOW, First to Float
Weekend Requirement Every other
