Trauma Level: 3 Charting System: Cerner Unit Notes - Unit: Home Health for Therapy (PT, OT, SLP) - # beds: Average daily census 78 (will grow with PT availability) - Certs: BLS. PT staff do SOC visits, especially with ortho patients when nursing is not ordered. - Ratios: 5 visits per day - EMR: Netsmart - Charge Nurse: Intake RN and Manager in the office - Nurse Aides: Yes - Weekend Requirement: Occasional Saturday for orthopedic patients - Holidays: off - Scrub Color: N/A - Vents: no - Call: no - Shifts: days - Floor specific orientation: N/A - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Orthopedic/joint replacements, geriatric patients with multiple co morbidities – CHF, COPD - Additional Notes: Staff are provided a laptop for the EMR.
