Description


Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 40

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
•Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
•Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
•Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
•Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
•Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
•Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
