Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> •Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders<br /> •Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans<br /> •Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards<br /> •Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families<br /> •Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols<br /> Qualifications:<br /> •Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)<br /> •Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility<br /> •Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
