Seeking RN – ER/Med-Surg/Swing Bed for an acute care contract at a Critical Access Hospital.

Shift: Nights | 6:45p–7:15a | 12-hour shifts | 36 hrs/week | Every other weekend
Experience: 1+ year listed | EMR: EPIC | Orientation: 12 hrs
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS &amp; TNCC required
Unit: 25 beds | Team nursing | Approx. 1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio
Skills: ER, Med-Surg, Swing Bed, geriatric care, dementia, stroke, wound care, IV medications, blood/fluid administration and initial trauma care.
Floating: First to float; may support ER/Med-Surg.
Schedule: No call | Alternating/assigned holidays | Block scheduling may be requested
RTO: Must be submitted upfront; maximum 7 days during the 13-week contract.
