Requirements:
Active Hawaii LPN license
BLS/BCLS
2+ years experience according to the Job Details
Recent LTC or Skilled Nursing/SNF experience
Electronic medical record experience
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Must be available for all shifts
Weekend/holiday availability required
