Description
• Active Oregon LCSW licens required.
• 1+ years of LCSW experience required
• Required certifications:BLS,AHA
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• Days shift , 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00) 36 GWW
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Float Requirements: As Needed
• 13-week contract initial duration
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Beckley, WV 25801
• 1+ years of LCSW experience required
• Required certifications:BLS,AHA
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
