Description

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year inpatient pharmacy experience
Active Oregon State Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
CPhT Certification (Preferred)
Strong experience with Pyxis and Epic (Mandatory)
Experience with:
IV admixture (non-hazardous)
Sterile and non-sterile compounding
Medication safety and labeling standards

Schedule & Work Details
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: Yes (10-hour shifts, consecutive weekends)
No call / No floating
Travel experience required

TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #3287438. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
