Description
• Active Arizona/Multisate license required.
• 1 years of RN CVOR experience required .
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification via AHA.
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
• Shift & Contract: 8hr Days (06:45 - 15:30) EOW, Wknd Requirement: will be based on unit needs/demands
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Phoenix, AZ.
