• 1+ years of PCU – Stepdown Cardiac experience required 
• Required certifications:  ACLS, BLS, NIH   AHA 
• Valid driver’s license,  Skill checklist. 
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift &amp; Contract:
• Days shift , 3 x 12 36hr GWW (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Float Requirements: As Needed
• 13-week contract initial duration  
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: Johnstown, PA 15905
