**Need to have IOWA/ Multisate license to submit**
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Shift Notes: 7P to 7A
Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU Experience
**Required Certifications
BLS Certification, BLS (AHA), ACLS from AHA
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: Ottumwa, IA 52501
