• 2 years of RN ICU experience required 
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS AHA 
• Valid driver’s license,  Skill checklist. 
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift &amp; Contract:
• Night shift , 3 x 12 36hr GWW
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Float Requirements: rotate taking turns to float to all other   departments when ICU census is low
• 13-week contract initial duration  
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: Wytheville, VA 24382
