Description

• Active WI/Multistate license required.
• 2 years of LPN Med Surg or inpatient rehab experience required
• Required certifications: BLS via AHA only
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• Night 3 x 12 ,36hr GWW Weekend Hours: every other weekend and holiday rotations
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• 13-week contract initial duration Auto offer
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location:Madison,WI
• Additional Notes: Our inpatient rehab hospital can high acuity at times and functions very similarly to a medical surgical unit. All nurses are required to jump in and help the C.N.As and answer call lights for patient safety.
