• Active OREGON RRT license required
• Minimum 3 year of recent RRT experience required LEVEL 3 NICU EXP
• Required certifications: BLS,ACLS,PALS,NRP (American Heart Association only)
• Valid driver’s license, RN PCU Skill checklist. 
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift &amp; Contract:
• Night shift, 3 x 12 Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week EXPECTED HRS: 40
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• 13-week contract
