Description
• 2 years of RN Acute Care Case Management/Utilization Management experience stronlgly required.
• Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, utilization review, and interdisciplinary collaboration is typically expected for this role.
• Required certifications: BLS,Required**
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
• Shift & Contract: Days |5 x 8| EOW
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract initial duration
