Must have active ND license to apply ***80-mile LOCAL Placements*** LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE: -$8.00 LOCAL ADJUSTED OT BILL RATE: -$8.00 ***No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities*** ***On call and call back are not billable by agency at GSS. All worked hours need to be entered as regular hours on timecard.*** ****a $500 fee will be billed if your clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice**** If GSS housing is used, local rates apply Guarantee (Clinical): 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts. Work week: Sunday through SaturdayFacility
