Description
Must have Interventional radiology RN experience. Must be competent to perform conscious sedation, and monitor and record all procedures in the IR department. Must be able to take call on nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the department.

EducationRequired - Registered nurse diploma.Preferred - Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
Experience Required - minimum 2+ years and expert in their field of practiceMust be fully knowledgeable and able to function independently
Certifications Required -Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Current Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention InstitutePreferred - Certification in clinical specialty area.
We are a hospital-based department providing services to both out-patients and in-patients. Out-patient cases run Monday–Friday, with first cases starting at 7 AM. Shifts vary from 6 AM–2:30 PM to 8:30 AM–5 PM, with staggered start times depending on pre-op, intra-op, or post-op assignments.
We provide 24/7 coverage, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays through rotating on-call. Agency staff are scheduled and included in the on-call rotation the same as regular staff.
