Shift: Nights: 3x12 hr shifts, 36 hrs/week - FIRM; No call -- Every 3rd or 4th weekend, as needed including holiday rotation
Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd or 4th weekend as needed including holiday rotation if scheduled
Submission Requirements:
• 24 months of NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care experience [required]
• active BLS & NRP [required]
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed at travel contract within the past 18 months
• may float to general pediatrics and PICU
• Experience & comfort utilizing: vasopressors, sedation & glucose [required]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current PICU / Pediatric Intensive Care experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (PICU / Pediatric Intensive Care) - [required]
• Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission - [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Drivers License [document] [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS / basic life support - [required]
• NRP / neonatal resuscitation program - [required]
