Description

Shift: Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM will float

Submission Requirements:
• At least 2 years of previous Cath lab experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
• epic experience [preferred]
• RT/ARRT or RCIS [required]
equipment used Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Penumbra, EKOS, 3D mapping systems, stimulation systems

Profile should include
• Drivers License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been
completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference
required at time of submission [required]
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from
facility. **
Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction.
