Description

CHS Travel Physical Therapist – Days

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
Weekend: Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on hospital needs (flexibility required)
Floating: Required

Important Notes:
AUTO OFFER – No interviews required
Hybrid role covering both acute care and ambulatory rehab
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience as a Physical Therapist
Acute and orthopedic experience required
DPT preferred
New Mexico PT license may be pending at time of submission, but:
Start date must be within 6 weeks of submission
License must be active prior to start date

NURSE's Etc. Staffing Job ID #512164. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
