Description

Shift: Days: 4x9 hr shifts; 0645 - 1615, 36 hs/week: Call/Weekends - Requires 50% call including every other weekend and every other holiday.
Submission Requirements:
• 24 months experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab [required]
• NO 1st time travelers , must have completed at least '1' travel contract in previous 12 mos.
• Equipment experience: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella [required]
• Additional Equipment experience : Maquet IABP, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Proficient with fluoroscopy [required]
• Proficiency and comfort in: peripheral and coronary angio cases [required]
• Proficiency and comfort in: PCI & pacemaker procedures [ required ]
• Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred] -- will accept non licensed applicants; must apply for license at offer acceptance
• either certificate will be accepted -- ARRT (CI or CV discipline) or CCI - RCIS [required] [document]
