Submission Requirements:
IA license in hand - will need to apply for IL license when offered!****
• At least 2 years of previous Med Surg and Stepdown experience [required]
• First time travelers accepted!
• Will be required to float to ER; traveler must be comfortable doing so.
• Traveler must be comfortable with an acute patient population (critcal gtts, drips) [required]
• Bipap & critical care gtts [required]
• Must have EPIC experience [required]
• The ratios can be anywhere from a 1:2-3 up to 1:6 depending on the acuity of the patient.
Profile should include
• Drivers License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been
completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference
required at time of submission [required]
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from
facility. **
Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate
reduction.
