Shift: Days 0730 start M-F 40 GWW
Submission Requirements:
• 2 years of previous experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
• Epic experience [required]
• State license [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• will work with Oncology/hematology patients with CVAD
Profile should include
• Drivers License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been
completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference
required at time of submission [required]
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from
facility. **
Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate
reduction.
