Shift: Nights 3x12 hr shifts

Submission Requirements:
• 12 months of Oncology experience in a hospital or medical center setting [ required ]
• Med Surgical experience due to floating [ highly preferred ]
• EPIC emr experience [highly preferred]
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed at least '1' travel contract within previous 12 mos [required]
• experience with Infusaport Access [required]
• CHEMO / ONS / ONCC Certificate [nice to have]
• should have some degree of recent chemo experience [preferred]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Oncology / Med Surgical experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Oncology / Med Surgical) - [required]
• Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission - [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Drivers License [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS, basic life support- [required]
