Shift: Days 0700 start, 36 GWW, Shift could be a noon to midnight shift if the agency nurse prefers
Submission Requirements:
• 2 years of previous experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Experience with critical & emergency gtts-pressors, antiarrythmic, sedation [required]
• Epic EMR experience [required]
• State license [required]
• ACLS [required]
• BLS [required]
• PALS [required]
• TNCC [required]
Profile should include:
• Drivers License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications [required]
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **
Madison will accept locals with a 10% rate reduction.
