Shift: Night 1830 - 0700
Submission Requirements:
• ARRT [ required ]
• at least 15 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting [ required ]
• IA radiology license [highly preferred ] -- will accept non-licensed candidates (MUST apply for license at acceptance)
• Equipment experience: Phillips [highly preferred]
• Equipment experience: Carestream portables [preferred]
• Current/recent Operating Room competency/experience; [preferred]
• GE OEC c-arm equipment experience [required]
• Equipment experience: Siemens Cysto [highly preferred]
• Fluoro experience [preferred]
• 1st time travelers welcome; must have at least 24 months of X-Ray experience
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current X-Ray experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (X-Ray) - [required]
• Active Iowa/IA license/IDPH State Permit - [highly preferred] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Drivers License [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - basic life support - [required]
• ARRT certificate [required]
