Submission Requirements:
• 2 years of previous experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred]
• Epic experience [required]
• IA State license [required]
• IL license apply at time of offer
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• ACLS [required]
• BLS [required]
• PALS [required]
