Special Procedures/Unit Details : ER Experience is requiredThis is a Critical Access Hospital - the Administrative Supervisor must be able to support all the following units: Emergency Department, Critical Care Unit, Medical/Surgical, Labor and Delivery, and Surgical Services. The role of the Administrative Supervisor is to facilitate the operations of the hospital. As we are a small ministry, there is a need to be able to assist in direct patient care. The Administrative Supervisor is not required to be the primary nurse (except when covering breaks). We don't have a NICU. We have a Labor and Delivery department, but we may need to resuscitate until we are able to ship those infants to a hospital with a NICU. This role requires you to be able to help in all departments. Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. Max of one job per submittal Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) Valid Allied license in hand (please ask AM if unsure) 50 mile local radius, Locals are accepted at a lower rate Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead *****Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility.
