Position / Specialty: Echo Tech - must be able to do adult and peds echos.
Shift: Mix of 8 & 10hr days based on department needs - 0700-0800 start times.

Day shift rotates between 5 eight hour shifts and 4 10 ten hour shifts. Holidays are rotated
Call is every 4-5 weekends depending on vacations
Usually evening/night call once a week
Must be able to do adult and peds patients
TEEs and Stress echos
We do have some anesthesia students and nursing students rotate thru to job shadow occasionally.

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.
First-timers accepted: No.
Certs REQ: ARDMS, BLS, and RDCS required.
Is on-call REQ? Yes - Will have call every other or every third weekend and 1 day during the week (depending on dept need, may change based on LOAs, vacations, etc.)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float if needed.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
Pending License accepted: Not required for this role.
RTO Restrictions: Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.
Special Requirements: Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements. Required Adult Echo Skills/Experience: Bubble Study, Imaging with Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharmacologic Stress Echo, Portable Studies, Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT), Routine, Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Treadmill Stress Echo. Siemens experience preferred. Required Pediatric Echo Skills/Experience: M-Mode, Portable Studies, Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT), Routine. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Procedures on patients in ICU/ED settings.
