M-F 8am-5pm We need LPC/LCSW/LADCapplicants.Orientation 6/29/2026Hospital Details: Rolling Hills Hospital is located in Ada,Oklahoma, about 85 miles southeast of Oklahoma City. Since 1988, Rolling HillsHospital has been a premier provider of comprehensive, personalized care foradolescents, adults, and seniors who have developed mental health disorders andsubstance use disorders. We also offer a specialized program for those who havecertain intellectual disabilities. Substance abuse, mental health disorders,dual diagnoses, eating disorders, PTSD, memory and developmental disorders areall treated at Rolling Hills Hospital.Required Certifications/Licenses:         Requisite state ornational licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for statelicensure as a professional therapy provider.         CPR andde-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hireand offered by facility).         First aid may berequired based on state or facility.Required Experience:          Master's degree in Social Work,Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required.           One or more years experience working withcomparable patient population required.                     Job Duties:          Apply psychotherapeutic techniques andinterventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for thepurpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.          Conduct a psychosocial assessment anddevelop an initial discharge plan.          Conduct individual, group or familysessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the patient.          Provide initial treatment planning forpatient based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed,revising as necessary.          Maintain documentation of therapy servicesprovided to each patient according to facility and professional standards andrevising as indicated by facility or professional standard.          Maintain a caseload as assigned.          Participate in treatment team meetings andcollaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient, asappropriate to their treatment plan.          May provide these services in an inpatientor outpatient setting.          May perform case management, discharge orafter care planning as needed.Dress Code: Sage Scrubs or Business CasualDocumentation Type: Knowledgeon how to complete documentation of medical necessity and ability to completedocumentation in a timely manner according to hospital policyCaseload: 10-15Additional Informationabout the Position: We utilize flex scheduling and offer in house supervision forLPC CandidatesShift: M-F 8-5
