Number of Beds 2 heart rooms with a 3rd possible Number of Staff 4 RN, 3 CST Type of staff: Day Shift 1 CVOR RN and 1 CVOR CST Night shift No night shift, on call only Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment - EMR Meditech / CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
(Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have:
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 6 months current CVOR Tech hospital experience BLS NBSTA Certification Must have current active KS licensure
Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ACLS Open Heart and Cardiovascular experience Prior Meditech experience

CABG and AVR MVR and TAVR Best personality Fit: Confident, team player and positive attitude Patient experience is a priority Communication with staff and providers

On call is required 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: ECMO program restarting
